SHA is a healthcare access platform designed to help people make faster, more informed decisions when they need care. Through the Service, you may:

• Find healthcare facilities based on the care they provide;
• Compare facilities by capability, verification, and proximity;
• Get directions or transport options to reach care;
• Contact emergency ambulance numbers when needed;
• Navigate to healthcare facilities.

SHA is an access and guidance platform. It is not a hospital, clinic, ambulance service, or licensed medical provider.

Using SHA

You agree to use SHA lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or rely on it as a replacement for emergency care.

Emergency & AI Features

Guided assessments and AI-generated responses are informational. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace a clinician, first responder, or emergency services. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information from SHA.

Location

If you enable location services, SHA may use your location to find nearby healthcare facilities and support navigation. You can control location permissions through your browser or device settings. Some personalized features may not function without location access.

Availability & Liability

SHA is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or complete information. To the extent permitted by law, SHA is not liable for delays, outages, decisions made using the Service, or outcomes of medical emergencies.

Account Termination & Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time, or suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Continued use of SHA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
